Product Designer (UI/UX)

Job Description

• Full-time, remote Product Designer (UI/UX) role at MindFi, focused on mobile and web app experiences in the mental healthcare and therapy space.
• Requires 3-5 years of interactive mobile app design experience at product-driven companies, plus a portfolio demonstrating modern UI work for web and/or mobile platforms.
• Conduct product discovery, user research, usability testing, and UX requirements analysis; create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
• Use Figma to design and prototype interfaces, UI elements, landing-page flows, and digital assets while adhering to typography and graphic design standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders; lead brainstorms and workshops and communicate ideas clearly. A related degree is preferred but not required.
