Product Manager

Job Description

• Own supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and contracts, and develop product-line strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals.
• Lead strategic quoting for complex and high-value opportunities while improving quote follow-up, win rates, and profitability.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, supplier updates, product expertise, and alternative solutions to sales and leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, operations, and marketing on inventory, stocking, promotions, new product introductions, training, and growth initiatives.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, U.S. Person status, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong negotiation, analytical, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills; full-time, on-site in Wilmington, MA.
