Product Owner, AI Email App

Job Description

• Own end-to-end product requirements for AI email capabilities, spanning model behavior, system behavior, and user experience.
• Partner directly with ML, backend, and client engineers on architecture, evaluation, experimentation, and iteration.
• Define evaluation frameworks using offline metrics, online experiments, and human feedback while establishing quality bars and feedback loops.
• Identify AI failure modes and balance quality, latency, cost, reliability, safety, and UX.
• Requires significant experience owning complex technical products, hands-on experience with AI/LLM products, strong computer science and system design skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving zero-to-one environment.
• Remote, full-time role with no specific degree, certification, license, or years-of-experience requirement stated.
