Job Description
• Full-time, 100% remote Product Owner / Business Analyst role with Mind Computing supporting a Department of Veterans Affairs federal healthcare project; candidates must reside within the continental US.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline and a minimum of 8 years of professional analyst experience.
• Owns product vision, roadmap, backlog prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, stakeholder coordination, and SAFe/Agile ceremonies across federal healthcare workflows.
• Requires hands-on EDI analysis, interpretation, and validation expertise, with familiarity with HL7, FHIR, EDI 278/275/217, and healthcare integration workflows.
• Must address HIPAA, Section 508, federal security controls, and government compliance requirements; ability to obtain government clearance, complete fingerprinting, and pass a background check is required. SAFe POPM certification is preferred.
