Program Aide / RBT / ESE Classroom Assistant / Special Education Assistant

Job Description

• Full-time Program Aide supporting adults with developmental disabilities in classroom, educational, recreational, and social-services settings.
• Provide individualized, small-group, and one-on-one support; encourage participation, independence, skill development, and progress toward personal goals.
• Follow classroom routines, reinforce management strategies, lead activities when needed, and maintain instructional continuity during instructor absences.
• Track goals and progress in Therap, maintain attendance and movement records, follow safety and emergency procedures, and report concerns to the Social Services team.
• High School Diploma or above preferred; no degree required, prior disability-services experience is a plus, and strong English, organizational, classroom-management, computer, administrative, reliability, and person-centered communication skills are required.
