Program Assistant (All)

Job Description

• Provide direct support to adults with developmental disabilities in a day program and group-home setting.
• Implement individual goals, teach independence skills, and support recreational and social activities.
• Provide personal care as needed and assist with transportation.
• Perform data entry using Therap (EHR); work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid insurable driver's license, and strong communication skills; no certification required. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available in Port Reading and Toms River, NJ, and across Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Somerset Counties.
