Job Description

• Full-time, onsite Program Cost Controls Manager (P4) serving as the financial lead for RTX’s SLCM-N development program in Tucson, AZ.
• Manage program cost controls, financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, funding activities, contract deliverables, and Earned Value Management (EVM) using SAP APEX, PRISM, RPlan, and related systems.
• Supervise two analysts through work review, training, and employee development; prepare and present financial information to program leadership and stakeholders.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field plus 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• Requires U.S. citizenship and an active, transferable DoD Secret security clearance on day one, with the ability to obtain and maintain program access.
