Program Director

Job Description

• Direct day-to-day operations for one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Oversee person-centered planning, direct supports, healthcare, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, finances, and facility maintenance.
• Manage program staff through scheduling, orientation, performance evaluations, hiring recommendations, promotions, corrective action, and terminations.
• Monitor program planning and service delivery to ensure supports are consistent, engaging, and relevant.
• Requires a bachelor's degree and two to three years of related Human Services experience preferred, plus a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance; on-call availability is required.
