Job Description
• Part-time, in-person Program Leader position with Think Together in Santa Maria, CA, supporting school and community-site students.
• Lead groups of 20–25 students, maintain behavior and safety standards, provide academic enrichment, homework assistance, and physical activity.
• Serve as a positive adult role model and communicate student needs to program managers, teachers, administrators, and parents.
• Requires a High School Diploma or G.E.D., district-specific 48 semester/60 quarter units and/or a pre-employment test, and at least six months of experience working with 10 or more students.
• Requires passing a Live Scan background check, a negative TB test within the last three years, advanced K–8 Math and English skills, and English/Spanish biliteracy preferred.
