Job Description
• Program Manager serving as the senior contractor interface to a Department of Defense intelligence customer, government program office, and Contracting Officer's Representative in Reston, VA.
• Plan, organize, and control delivery across assigned projects, including schedules, work standards, staffing, and contractual deliverables.
• Advise government leadership on complex program requirements and developments, providing guidance, resolutions, and expert advice.
• Lead enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning, coordinate with functional systems and stakeholder organizations, and manage personnel, funding, and deliverable issues.
• Requires 12+ years of recent program management or senior IT program advisory experience, an eligible degree/experience combination, active TS/SCI clearance with current CI polygraph, and preferably PMP certification plus DoD or Intelligence Community program-office experience.
