Project Coordinator - Renewable Energy Projects-FL

Job Description

• Coordinate planning, execution, closeout, schedules, deliverables, budgets, procurement, invoicing, and administrative activities across multiple renewable energy and construction projects.
• Support wind, solar, and battery storage projects while reporting to a Senior Project Manager and collaborating with project leadership, vendors, contractors, and partners.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, contracts, records, correspondence, meeting materials, presentations, and status reports.
• Identify project risks, support mitigation and cost-control efforts, and recommend process improvements.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience; 3+ years coordinating projects in construction, energy, renewables, infrastructure, or related industries; and 3+ years using Microsoft Office Suite. Onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with occasional travel; full-time at $40.00-$45.00/hour.
