Job Description

• Lead project/program delivery for Accenture Flex's fixed-duration professional-services work supporting business transformation.
• Establish target outcomes, coordinate delivery and dependencies, manage risks and impediments, and facilitate program governance routines across multiple organizations.
• Build relationships with business, technology, Compliance, and Risk leaders; communicate status, risks/issues, schedules, metrics, and performance to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage program financials, assist with resource planning, and provide input to define or improve change initiatives.
• Full-time role requiring onsite client work 4 days per week in Jersey City, NJ, plus 5 days away per quarter as mandated by the client.
