Job Description
• Directs a portfolio of healthcare construction projects using the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model at the UHealth Medical Campus in Miami, FL.
• Oversees Project Managers and Project Coordinators while managing scope, budgets, schedules, risks, bids, permits, payment applications, and change management.
• Coordinates medical equipment, FF&E, IT, design reviews, Target Value Design, RFIs, OAC meetings, submittals, field inspections, and quality assurance.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience.
• On-site, full-time staff role; salary is undisclosed.
