Project Engineer (Heavy Civil Construction)

Job Description

• Support planning, execution, documentation, cost reporting, and closeout for heavy civil construction projects in Lakeland, FL.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, budgets, production quantities, and project forecasts.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel.
• Requires a preferred Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Heavy civil or water/wastewater treatment experience is strongly preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera P6, or similar software is required.
• Full-time role paying $80K–$115K per year, with competitive base salary and annual performance bonus.
