Project Manager - Construction

Job Description

• Manage interior construction, renovation, furniture systems, space-management, and related work-order projects from planning through completion in the assigned region.
• Interpret drawings and specifications, recommend construction methods, and manage project approvals, schedules, budgets, design standards, and tracking.
• Coordinate furniture installations, replacements, reorganizations, inventory management, personnel relocations, space audits, and surveys.
• Develop vendor relationships, oversee contractors and vendors, and ensure compliance with procedures, safety program requirements, and work rules.
• Requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent education and experience; 3+ years of relevant experience; intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; and eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
