Job Description
• Remote Project Manager contractor role supporting a pilot self-paced online learning platform for Macmillan.
• Coordinate multi-team production workflows across content, rights, marketing, platform teams, vendors, and partners.
• Maintain Jira boards, tickets, subtasks, task statuses, course timelines, production schedules, and workflow documentation.
• Manage content handoffs involving lecture slides, credited images, and ePUB files, while producing agendas, action-item recaps, status reports, and vendor onboarding documentation.
• Requires complex project workflow coordination, strong organization and communication, independent problem-solving, and preferred experience in digital content, publishing, educational content, or edtech; $50/hour, contractor engagement anticipated to last six months.
