Project Manager – Facilities Maintenance Operations

Job Description

• Lead full life-cycle management and strategic execution of a Base Operations Support facilities maintenance contract at Fort Carson, Colorado.
• Oversee approximately 300 employees, contract performance, customer satisfaction, workforce engagement, compliance, safety, and operational excellence.
• Manage contract modifications, negotiations, P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue tracking, and financial reporting.
• Require 5+ years managing a BOS facilities maintenance contract, a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Management, or a related field, and knowledge of DoD and federal contracting requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance, maintain government worksite access, and hold a valid state driver’s license; PMP certification and Maximo experience are preferred.
