Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction

Job Description

• Project Manager overseeing heavy civil construction projects in Norwalk, CT, with full-time and part-time availability.
• Direct total construction efforts to meet safety, design, budget, schedule, quality, and milestone requirements while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, owners, and Architects/Engineers.
• Manage project budgets, cost revisions, change orders, periodic estimates, retainage, final payment, project files, submittals, startup, closeout, and required construction documentation.
• Requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering or a construction-related field, at least 8 years of progressive civil construction experience, and OSHA 10 certification.
• Requires budget management, scheduling, quality control, team leadership, strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, adaptability, and judgment skills.
