Job Description

• On-site Project Manager II for United Airlines’ Corporate Real Estate Planning and Development team in Dulles, VA.
• Manage 10–15 airport and commercial property facility/infrastructure construction projects, typically under $5 million, from planning through activation.
• Oversee programming, design, construction, schedules, budgets, scope, compliance, vendors, project governance, metrics, and weekly/monthly/quarterly portfolio reporting.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of planning, engineering/architecture design, and/or construction experience; airport/airline experience and project-team management are preferred.
• Preferred credentials include PMP, LEED, Black Belt, PE, RA, or CM Certified; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to navigate airport environments.
