Project Manager — Part-Time Contract (Blockchain)

Job Description

• Manage client projects and coordinate software engineering teams, technical teams, and stakeholders in a fully remote environment.
• Track timelines, priorities, risks, action items, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Lead client and internal meetings and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Requires strong professional project or program management experience and experience with cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, or Web3 projects; government or public-sector experience is highly preferred.
• Part-time contractor engagement of 10–20 hours per week at $50–$80 USD/hour, initially for 6 months with potential extension.
