Project Manager, People Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

Job Description

• Lead People workstreams for mergers and acquisitions from diligence and integration planning through close and post-close execution in a remote, full-time individual contributor role.
• Coordinate Total Rewards, People Partners, People Operations, People Systems, Recruiting, Legal, Finance, Corporate Development, and Corporate Technology stakeholders.
• Build integration and change-management plans, manage dependencies and risks, resolve blockers, and protect transaction timelines and the experience of acquired employees.
• Develop repeatable M&A infrastructure, including project plans, templates, checklists, playbooks, reporting, retrospectives, documentation, and cross-training.
• Requires 7+ years of project or program management experience at a global company, including 2+ years managing M&A lifecycle workstreams; Workday and Greenhouse experience required.
