Project Manager (Power & Energy)

Job Description

• Lead moderate to large, regionally scoped Power Generation projects or portfolios across proposal, planning, execution, reporting, and closeout, with accountability for financial, technical, quality, safety, schedule, and client outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, cost and change control, schedules, resource plans, risks, hours, expenses, and contractual obligations.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, scopes, schedules, and resource plans; participate in contract negotiations, presentations, and technical meetings; and deliver project reporting and mitigation strategies.
• Build long-term client relationships, serve as WSP’s client representative, mentor staff, standardize processes, and enforce safety and QA/QC requirements.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a specified technical, engineering, project management, or construction management discipline—or equivalent professional experience—and 12+ years of relevant post-education project management experience; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
