Project Manager, REMS Team - Remote based in the US

Job Description

• Lead REMS project delivery as the primary sponsor contact, managing quality, time, cost, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Requires 3-5+ years of demonstrated REMS project management experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment, plus experience comparable to 8+ years overall.
• Manage sponsor communications, customer expectations, escalation pathways, secondary project leads, vendors, contracts, budgets, out-of-scope activity, and change-modification negotiations.
• Drive project-level risk identification and issue resolution using RBQM/RESOLVE while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification; remote U.S.-based, full-time, Monday-Friday role.
