Project Manager

Job Description

• Manage large-scale industrial construction and engineering projects from award through closeout across aviation, parcel distribution, logistics, postal, and food & beverage markets.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, forecasts, documentation, contracts, change orders, submittals, risks, and technical challenges while ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Serve as the primary client and stakeholder contact; coordinate engineering, field, subcontractor, vendor, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Requires 3+ years of project management experience in construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or related industries; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
• Requires proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management tools; Bluebeam experience is preferred. Fully onsite in Aurora, CO, with travel typically 1–3 short trips per month.
• Contract-to-hire role paying $48.00–$65.00/hr; application deadline is Oct 26, 2026.
