• Oversee luxury residential construction projects from planning through completion, including custom homes, renovations, restorations, and remodeling projects.
• Develop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project records; manage subcontractors, vendors, personnel, quality, costs, risks, codes, and safety compliance.
• Requires 10+ years of residential construction project management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and an active Construction Supervisor License (CSL); ProCore proficiency is preferred.
