Proposal Analyst

Job Description

• Prepare accurate, timely customer quotations and budget estimates from technical specifications, product costs, delivery requirements, RFQs, and prior project data.
• Coordinate quotation approvals and compile company responses, supporting documents, customer files, and RFQ change requests.
• Analyze manufacturing financial statements, production costs, budget variances, and standard-cost data to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain vendor-cost, warranty, delivery, terms-of-sale, technical, and other proposal data libraries; process and expedite orders under ISO-9001 and internal requirements.
• Requires a high school diploma/GED plus 2–4 years of related experience; a bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. Full-time role in Houston, TX; standard office criteria apply.
