Proposal Manager (Heavy Civil Construction)

Job Description

• Lead multi-disciplinary pursuit teams developing qualifications, technical proposals, and presentation materials for design-build and alternative delivery procurements involving heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Direct and QC technical, proposal, and graphics staff across Skanska, joint venture partners, design partners, and third-party consultants to deliver compliant submittals on time.
• Champion proposal best practices, mentor junior staff, and guide technical and operations personnel through the proposal process.
• Require 6+ years managing proposals in construction and/or engineering, experience with design-build and alternative delivery pursuits, and strong writing, proofreading, editing, and collaboration skills.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, FTP sites, video conferencing/sharing, and related marketing applications; four-year Business or Technical Degree or equivalent experience is desired. On-site in East Elmhurst/Queens, NY; background check required; full-time salary is USD $108,500–$162,750 per year.
