Job Description
• Manage and write Federal IT Services and Engineering proposals from inception through submission, including schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, content, reviews, and deadlines.
• Deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals and develop proposal strategies, themes, win strategies, competitive assessments, and customer-focused messaging.
• Coordinate senior leadership, capture/business owners, engineers, solutions architects, SMEs, teaming partners, proposal managers, and operations staff.
• Maintain proposal files, past performance catalogs, and SharePoint proposal sites; develop RFI responses and support on-site proposal responses as required.
• Requires a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of Federal IT Services and Engineering proposal-writing experience, Microsoft Office/Adobe/Teams/SharePoint expertise, and an active TS clearance or ability to obtain one; hybrid in Chantilly, VA, 1–2 days/week as needed.
