Proposal Project Manager

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end RFP and proposal processes, including task delegation, governance, approval, pricing, compliance matrices, and customer delivery.
• Coordinate cost, scheduling, performance, pricing, and proposal-content inputs across Sales, Finance, Digital Services, Content, and other functional teams.
• Create professionally written technical proposals, pricing models, analytical reports, ERP pricing worksheets, and standardized customer-creation and pricing processes.
• Improve proposal processes, templates, productivity, accuracy, and deadline performance while supporting contract writing or negotiations.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience, 1–3+ years in a sales environment, 1+ year creating or editing proposals, CRM/ERP experience with D365 highly preferred, technical writing ability, and knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Full-time, work-from-home/hybrid role based in Brea, CA; starting pay is $65,000–$74,000 per year.
