Proposal Specialist - Energy

Job Description

• Mid-level, full-time Proposal Specialist supporting Kiewit’s Energy, Industrial and Water Business Development teams from the Lenexa, KS office.
• Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home; travel may be required up to 10%.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in proposals, marketing or communications; A/E/C or EPC experience preferred.
• Leads proposal activities, develops win strategies, researches and writes technical and non-technical content, coordinates presentations, and manages deadline-driven pursuits.
• Requires Microsoft 365 proficiency, basic Adobe InDesign experience preferred, strong writing/editing, communication, organization, time management and collaboration skills.
