Job Description
• Proposal Specialist with Wharton-Smith, Inc., based in Sanford, FL; full-time, on-site role reporting to the Marketing Manager.
• Lead multidisciplinary pursuit teams and manage all phases of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and marketing documents for commercial construction and water/wastewater treatment projects throughout the Southeast.
• Requires 3-5 years of proposal development, pursuit management, marketing, or related experience; AEC/construction experience is highly desired, along with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Requires advanced Adobe Creative Cloud/InDesign proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, strong writing/editing, project management, facilitation, collaboration, and deadline-management abilities.
• Must be authorized to work for a U.S. employer, fluent in English, available Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with overtime as needed, and able to travel up to 15%; compensation is undisclosed.
