Proposal Specialist

Job Description

• Coordinate end-to-end proposal and pursuit efforts from RFP/RFQ analysis through final submission, ensuring client guidelines and deadlines are met.
• Facilitate pursuit planning, identify client needs and competitive differentiators, and develop win themes and compelling messaging.
• Maintain proposal templates, workflows, datasheets and content libraries within a response management platform.
• Track proposal activity, status and reporting in CRM; coordinate pitch decks, marketing collateral, SharePoint updates and bid sourcing.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of proposal or pursuit experience, including CRM and proposal software experience; position may be based in Long Beach, CA or another listed office and may offer remote or hybrid work.
