Prospect Research Officer - Development, Hybrid

Job Description

• Full-time hybrid Prospect Research Officer supporting Boston Medical Center’s Development Department and philanthropic revenue strategy in the healthcare sector.
• Identifies individual, corporate, and foundation prospects; analyzes wealth indicators, philanthropy, interests, engagement, connections, financial disclosures, and gift capacity.
• Produces accurate research profiles and corporate/foundation research products; conducts wealth screenings, data verification, large-dataset analysis, and portfolio recommendations.
• Maintains CRM data accuracy, supports prospect management and strategy meetings, and tracks donor, prospect, local, and industry news.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years’ experience in a development office or similar environment; preferred experience includes Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, Microsoft Office, analytics/predictive models, Lexis-Nexis, iWave, Relationship Science, and SEC Edgar. Must uphold BMC, HIPAA, and APRA ethical and confidentiality guidelines.
• Compensation range: $89,500.00-$130,000.00; full-time hybrid position in Boston, MA.
