• Full-time Provider Coding Compliance Consultant with Baylor Scott & White Health; location listed as United States and work mode not specified.
• Develops, implements, and maintains healthcare compliance policies supporting adherence to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Plans and conducts provider-service audits, monitoring, and investigations; documents risks and recommends mitigation steps.
• Produces audit and investigation reports, obtains and tracks corrective action plans, and evaluates audit effectiveness.
• Provides provider coding education and compliance-initiative training; serves as a coding compliance resource.
• Requires 1 year of experience, a bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification; preferred HIM bachelor's degree or 4 years of physician/professional fee coding experience, CPC/CCS/CCS-P certification, and preferred HCCA certification.
