Job Description

• Supervise Package Handlers and workgroups while managing safety, production, attendance, productivity, accuracy, and customer service standards.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ensure compliance with department, station, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures.
• Lead employee orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans.
• Requires ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs., flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week, Microsoft Office knowledge, and U.S. work authorization; bachelor's degree and management experience are preferred.
