Job Description
• Michaels Stores is hiring a part-time, on-site PT Merchandising Manager in Thornton, CO, supporting specialty retail merchandising and store operations.
• Lead truck processing, workload planning, inventory control, SISO replenishment, planogram and visual merchandising execution, ad sets, price changes, Ship from Store, RTV/ASN receiving, and damages procedures.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, enforce SOPs and company policies, maintain customer-ready store conditions, support Asset Protection, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; work nights, weekends, and early mornings in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with frequent standing, movement, lifting, and repetitive motions.
• Requires 3+ years of retail leadership experience; pay is $16.00-$22.20, with possible overtime compensation. Application deadline: October 3, 2026.
