Job Description
• Part-time, on-site Merchandise Manager role with Michaels Stores in Englewood, CO, focused on retail merchandising and store operations.
• Leads truck processing, inventory control, SISO replenishment, planograms, ad sets, price changes, Ship from Store, RTV/ASN receiving, damages, and visual merchandising.
• Provides Manager-on-Duty coverage, workload planning, SOP and policy compliance, Asset Protection, customer-ready store execution, and team coaching.
• Requires 3+ years of retail leadership experience, frequent standing/bending/lifting, ability to handle merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 25–50 pounds, and availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Base pay is $16.00–$22.20, with possible overtime under applicable state and local laws; applications remain open until November 27, 2026.
