PT Preload Peak Sort Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise, train, develop, and hold preload peak-sort workgroups accountable for safety, production, attendance, productivity, accuracy, customer service, and efficiency.
• Manage warehouse department resources and ensure compliance with department, station, corporate, local government, and safety requirements.
• Facilitate employee orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans.
• Requires the ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs., work flexible shifts up to 5 days per week, communicate effectively, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Part-time seasonal role in Albuquerque, NM; a bachelor's degree or international equivalent and management experience are preferred, and U.S. work authorization is required.
