Quality Improvement Specialist Senior

Job Description

• Senior-level healthcare quality improvement role at Corewell Health in Southfield, MI, following a hybrid model with approximately two days per week on site.
• Lead complex, multidisciplinary clinical and non-clinical improvement projects, including project management, measurable deliverables, milestones, and data-informed strategy.
• Analyze, interpret, validate, and communicate quality data, benchmarks, trends, and process effectiveness to improve outcomes and support sustainable operational improvements.
• Support regulatory, accreditation, and publicly reported quality programs, including data submission to external agencies; collaborate with leaders, providers, process owners, and stakeholders.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related field and 5 years of quality improvement, performance improvement, project management, or related experience; Michigan RN license and listed certifications are preferred.
