Job Description
• Real Estate Site Selector for Sheetz, a full-time, remote, field-based role located in Grove City, OH, with preference for candidates in the Cincinnati or Columbus, OH markets.
• Locate, research, evaluate, present, and secure commercial real estate sites to support long-term company growth and financial performance.
• Build relationships with landowners, developers, consultants, and Operations; negotiate owner agreements and resolve stakeholder needs throughout projects.
• Coordinate municipal approvals, attend agency meetings, prepare documents with corporate real estate counsel, and assess direct and indirect competitors.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, at least 2 years of commercial real estate or internal Sheetz experience, and a valid driver’s license.
• Salary: $78,807–$131,346 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a bonus based on company performance.
