Recruitment and Talent Specialist (Bilingual English and Spanish)

Job Description

• Provide bilingual English-Spanish recruitment and employment support to job seekers in Pasco, including assessments, resume and cover-letter development, online applications, computer-skills support, and interview preparation.
• Match clients’ talents, experience, and aspirations with current employment opportunities while maintaining job-seeker records and documentation.
• Build civic and business partnerships, maintain an active list of local job opportunities, and promote Goodwill workforce-development programs.
• Full-time, nonexempt, primarily Monday-Friday business-hours role conducted in Goodwill offices and community-event locations; occasional work outside regular hours is required.
• Requires a valid state-issued driver’s license held for at least three years, good driving record, current auto insurance, background-screening clearance, strong computer skills, and bilingual English-Spanish proficiency.
