REEVES | Asphalt Paver Screed Operator - Duncan, SC

Job Description

• Operate and adjust the paving-machine screed to achieve proper pavement depth, grade, finish, uniform thickness, asphalt-mat consistency, and ride quality.
• Set up, monitor, safely operate, maintain, and clean the paver and screed; knowledge of correct speed, truck material flow, and straight-line paving is required.
• Provide crew leadership and maintain an uncompromising focus on safety; work day or night shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Requires 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; high school diploma/GED and driving license are preferred but not required.
• Duncan, SC, on-site/field-based role; must be at least 18, provide transportation, show legal U.S. work authorization, lift/move up to 60 pounds, and meet stated vision and hearing requirements.
