Refrigeration & Plumbing Manager

Job Description

• Manage refrigeration, plumbing, HVAC, boiler, water, and related facility systems at Clemens Food Group’s Hatfield, PA food manufacturing campus.
• Lead and develop refrigeration and plumbing superintendents, supervisors, skilled trades personnel, contractors, and support staff.
• Direct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, infrastructure planning, capital projects, outages, repairs, and facility upgrades.
• Manage staffing, overtime, departmental budgets, maintenance expenses, contractor costs, and KPI performance.
• Ensure compliance with Process Safety Management, OSHA, environmental regulations, applicable codes, food safety expectations, and company policies.
• Requires 8–10 years of progressively responsible industrial maintenance, skilled trades, construction, utilities, or manufacturing operations experience; an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
