Job Description

• Charles Schwab seeks a Regional Director to own acquisition and growth for managed investing solutions and selected third-party asset management offerings across the Orlando territory.
• Telecommute role with regular territory travel; the candidate must live within the territory and manage branch visits, advisor meetings, client events and Schwab-sponsored events.
• Build trusted relationships with Financial Consultants, branch leaders and regional partners; educate advisors and clients on investment strategies, portfolio construction, risks and product fit.
• Requires active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, a Bachelor’s degree, substantial consultative sales or relationship-management experience, and substantial financial-services or wealth-management experience.
• Full-time position paying $160K–$205K a year; Salesforce, Tableau, investment-product fluency, strong communication, judgment and territory-management skills are required.
