Job Description
• Senior-level, remote Regional Head Portfolio Manager position with direct supervision of portfolio management team leaders, portfolio managers, credit analysts, and managers.
• Lead underwriting and portfolio management for hundreds of commercial banking clients, including transaction structuring, pricing, due diligence, credit approval, monitoring, and problem-loan identification.
• Require 15+ years of Commercial Banking experience involving sole-bank, agented, and club-deal transactions, plus BA/BS and/or MBA education, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• Drive credit risk management, regulatory compliance, annual reviews, risk ratings, covenant monitoring, collateral monitoring, stress testing, and early-warning controls.
• Full-time Monday–Friday schedule requiring 40+ hours; compensation is $266,000–$323,000 per year plus potential annual discretionary bonus, with a background check required.
