Regional Medical Affairs Director - Pacific Northwest

Job Description

• Remote, field-based Regional Medical Affairs Director covering Northern CA, OR, WA, ID, MT, NV, and UT for Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; direct employer postings list San Francisco, San Jose, and Oakland, CA.
• Develops scientific relationships with healthcare decision makers, thought leaders, institutions, Centers of Excellence, professional medical societies, and advocacy groups.
• Provides fair-balanced medical information, responds to unsolicited pipeline or off-label requests, delivers HCP presentations, and supports clinical research and Investigator Initiated Studies.
• Requires an advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or DNP strongly preferred), pharmaceutical Field Medical or Medical Affairs experience, and knowledge of endocrinology, including Cushing’s Disease; approximately 60% overnight travel.
• Full-time role with an anticipated base salary of $200,000–$230,000; level may be Associate Director or Director based on qualifications and experience.
