Regional Sales Director- MWI

Job Description

• Lead a remote regional field sales force supporting Cencora’s MWI Animal Health veterinary and livestock production solutions.
• Set regional goals, manage yearly and monthly sales budgets, monitor team and vendor-budget performance, and respond to risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Territory Managers, key customers, buying groups, and internal leaders on market intelligence, strategic solutions, house brands, category management, and vendor consolidation.
• Establish competitive-activity tracking, resolve customer complaints and service issues, and identify customer and market opportunities.
• Coordinate field-sales training and build effective, collaborative teams; requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years in field sales or territory management, 5+ years in management, and a valid driver license with a good driving record.
