Regional SOC (Security Operations Center) Incident Response Engineer

Job Description

• Full-time, office-based Regional SOC/Incident Response Engineer serving the Americas region, with work in Saline, MI or Newport News, VA
• Implements and maintains security controls and SOC technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability scanners
• Detects, analyzes, prioritizes, responds to, and recovers from security incidents; documents findings and remediation steps
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field plus 4 years of relevant IT/security experience, or equivalent education/training/certification plus 8 years of relevant experience
• CISSP, CEH, CISM, or GIAC certifications may substitute for the bachelor's degree; Security+ is preferred, and U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship is required
