Job Description

• Remote, full-time Regulatory Compliance Analyst role at DraftKings supporting prediction-market integrity at the intersection of regulation, trade surveillance, and operations.
• Conduct daily trade-practice surveillance, support new-customer onboarding, investigate and escalate potential violations, and provide rotational coverage during live market hours.
• Prepare timely and accurate CFTC regulatory filings and maintain exchange policies and procedures for compliance with the Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations.
• Requires at least 1 year of market regulation or compliance experience within a DCM, exchange, broker-dealer, or regulatory oversight body; case management and market surveillance tooling familiarity is preferred.
• Salary: $56,000–$70,000 USD base, plus bonus and equity as applicable; a state-issued gaming license may be required.
