Job Description
• Hybrid Relationship Manager II role based in New York, covering the East Coast fintech startup and venture capital ecosystem.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with startup founders, finance teams, investors, venture firms, channel partners, prospects, and internal bank stakeholders.
• Drive client acquisition, lead conversion, portfolio growth, cross-selling of SVB banking products, and retention by delivering SVB’s value proposition and market insights.
• Manage portfolio financial performance, risk management, compliance issues, CRM and prospect data, channel partnerships, events, and business reviews.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience, or a High School diploma/GED plus 8 years of Relationship Management/Business Development experience in the Fintech ecosystem; compensation is $135,000–$180,000 annually.
